You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. No
retention mazes, no phone calls, no "are you sure" gauntlets — one
optional question about why you're leaving, which you can skip.
Settings › Delete my account erases your bear account and everything in
it — accounts, transactions, documents, chats — immediately and
permanently. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an App
Store subscription; cancel that in your device settings too, or Apple
will keep billing you for an app you no longer use. We say this because
it's true, not because we want it to happen.
When you cancel a third-party subscription through bear, the app marks
it in your records, prepares a cancellation-request letter you can email
or fax in one tap, and watches for further charges. bear does not
contact the merchant on its own.
