DRAFT — review by a qualified attorney before public launch.

The plan

bear money Premium unlocks the full app: unlimited scanning and

document storage, unlimited connected financial accounts, advanced

budgets, business books and P&L, document email/fax features, priority

processing, and a generous monthly allowance of AI assistance that

covers ordinary daily use.

AI usage. Premium includes enough AI for a typical month of use;

the allowance refills on the 1st. Exceptionally heavy AI use beyond the

included allowance requires an optional AI credit pack, purchased

through the App Store with your explicit confirmation on screen — there

are never automatic or surprise charges. Everything outside the AI

assistant (accounts, budgets, bills, documents, and every tab) is never

metered and never counts against any allowance.

New subscribers who are eligible receive a 7-day free trial. You are

not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the

trial at no cost.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play on

Android). The store — not bear — processes your payment; **bear never

sees or stores your card number**. Plans renew automatically until

cancelled. Prices may change with notice; renewals after a price change

use the new price only after the store notifies you per its rules.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in your device's subscription settings (App Store ›

Subscriptions) or from bear's Settings › Subscription. Cancellation

stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you

already paid for. See the Cancellation Policy for details.

Referral months

Free Premium months earned through bear money Rewards are promotional, stack

after any paid period, may be revoked in cases of abuse (self-referral,

duplicate accounts, payment abuse), and have no cash value.

Refunds

App Store purchases follow Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com).
